Obey (Shepard Fairey)

Shepard Fairey, better known as Obey, is an American urban artist, graphic designer, and activist. He rose to prominence in the late 1980s with his "Obey Giant" campaign, inspired by skateboarding and street art. He also designed Barack Obama's iconic "Hope" poster in 2008. Through his work, Shepard Fairey questions power relations, consumerism, and the influence of the media.
