Pez

Pez, whose real name is José Sabaté, is a Spanish urban artist born in 1976 in Barcelona. A former computer engineer, he started graffiti after losing his job in 1999. He is known for his smiling and colorful fish, symbols of his unique style. He is one of the founders of the Logo Art graffiti movement, which aimed to denounce the omnipresence of advertising in urban public spaces. His works adorn the walls of many cities around the world, and he has exhibited in galleries in Europe and America. In 2024, he celebrates 25 years of his artistic career.
