Michael Kagan

Michael Kagan (born 1980 in Virginia Beach, USA) is an artist based in Brooklyn, New York. He is known for his large-scale oil paintings of astronauts, Formula One drivers and associated machinery. His work explores the physical and emotional limits of human exploration. Kagan has exhibited at renowned galleries such as Almine Rech and the Virginia Museum of Contemporary Art. He has also collaborated with Pharrell Williams and the Billionaire Boys Club label, and has designed album covers for the band The White Lies.
