Who we are
LYNART SAS ("LYNART", "we") operates lynartstore.com (the "Site") and is the data controller for the personal data collected through it.

Email: lynart.paris@outlook.com
What we collect and why
When you place an order, create an account, contact us or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your name, postal address, email address and telephone number. We use this data to process and deliver your order, to handle after-sales requests, to answer your messages and, if you have agreed to it, to send you our newsletter.
When you browse the Site, we also collect technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, and dates and times of visits. This data is used to operate the Site, to measure traffic and to improve our services.
Where data is required to process your order, this is indicated at the point of collection.
Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of the performance of our contract with you (orders and delivery), our legitimate interest (site security, traffic measurement, fraud prevention) and your consent, where consent is required (newsletter, non-essential cookies). You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before that withdrawal.
Who receives your data
We never sell your data. We share it only with the service providers who need it to deliver our services, and only to the extent necessary:
- Shopify: hosting and operation of the Site
- Payment providers: payment processing (your bank details are never stored by us)
- Carriers: Colissimo, Chronopost, Mondial Relay, FedEx, DHL, for delivery
- Our email, reviews and notification tools, for order and marketing messages
Some of these providers are established outside the European Union, in particular in the United States and Canada. These transfers are governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. You may request a copy of these safeguards at lynart.paris@outlook.com.
We may also disclose data where required by law or legal process, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
How long we keep it
- Order and after-sales data: 5 years from the transaction
- Contact form and product enquiries: 3 years from our last contact
- Job applications: 2 years from our last contact
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe
We may keep data beyond these periods to meet legal, accounting and tax obligations, and for the duration of any legal proceedings.
Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Data is stored in secure, access-restricted facilities, and information transmitted through the Site is encrypted in transit.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, to data portability, to give instructions on what happens to your data after your death, and to withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise these rights, write to lynart.paris@outlook.com or to LYNART SAS, 15 Allée des Eiders, 75019 Paris, France. We may ask you to prove your identity.
If you unsubscribe from our newsletter, you will still receive service messages such as order confirmations and legal notices.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL: www.cnil.fr/fr/agir, or Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés, 3 Place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France.
Cookies
The Site uses cookies to operate, to remember your preferences and to measure traffic. You can manage your choices at any time through the cookie banner or your browser settings.
Changes
We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above is amended accordingly. If a change significantly affects how we use your personal data, we will post a notice on the home page of the Site.
