Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 October 2026
LYNART SAS ("LYNART", "we") publishes and operates lynartstore.com (the "Site"), which allows buyers of legal age (the "Buyer") to order the artworks and objects listed in its catalogue (the "Products"), under the conditions set out in the Terms of Sale available on the Site (together, the "Service").
By using the Service, the Buyer accepts these Terms of Service in full.
1. Purpose
These Terms of Service define the conditions under which LYNART makes the Service available to Buyers.
If these Terms are not complied with, or in the event of any use contrary to good faith, LYNART may suspend or permanently withdraw the Buyer's access to the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply. The fact that LYNART does not enforce a provision, whether on one occasion or over time, does not amount to a waiver of that provision or of any other.
2. The Service
The Service allows Buyers to browse the catalogue, place an order for an available Product, pay for it and confirm its receipt. The Service does not allow Buyers to resell a Product to LYNART.
A contractual relationship between LYNART and the Buyer is formed by the sale concluded through the Service.
Buyers may order as a guest or create an account. Where an account is created, the Buyer is responsible for keeping their login details confidential, for the accuracy of the information provided, and for all activity carried out through the account, except in the event of proven fraudulent use. The Buyer must inform LYNART without delay of any loss, misuse or fraudulent use of their login details, and must keep their account information up to date.
Browsing the Site and creating an account are free of charge, independently of any costs relating to the Buyer's own internet connection. Using the Service creates no obligation to purchase. Only a confirmed order obliges the Buyer to pay the price of the Product, under the conditions set out in the Terms of Sale.
3. Personal data
LYNART processes personal data concerning the Buyer as the data controller. This data is necessary to identify the Buyer and to operate the Service, in particular for delivery and payment, and is used for no other purpose.
The Buyer has rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability in respect of their personal data. These rights, the retention periods and the recipients of the data are set out in full in our Privacy Policy.
To exercise these rights: lynart.paris@outlook.com, or LYNART SAS, 15 Allée des Eiders, 75019 Paris, France.
4. Intellectual property
All documents, texts, descriptions, images, illustrations and works reproduced or represented on the Site are protected by copyright, worldwide, for the full term of legal protection. Any reproduction, representation, modification or adaptation, in whole or in part, of the Site or of any of these elements is strictly prohibited.
All company names, trade marks and distinctive signs reproduced on the Site are protected under trade mark and design law. Reproducing or representing any of these signs is strictly prohibited without the prior written authorisation of the rights holder.
Accordingly, use of the Service and access to the material referred to in this article are strictly reserved for personal and private use, subject to any contrary or more restrictive provisions of intellectual property law.
5. Liability
LYNART is not liable for events that are not directly attributable to it, or that do not cause direct loss to the Buyer; for events arising from the Buyer's misuse of the Service or from the Buyer's own fault; or for events arising from misuse of the Service or fault attributable to a third party.
Under French Law No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy, LYNART is not liable for content made available on the Site by Buyers, in particular comments and product reviews, where, having been informed of the unlawfulness of such content under the conditions laid down by that law, LYNART has promptly made it inaccessible.
Nothing in this article excludes or limits LYNART's liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by the law applicable to the Buyer, in particular the statutory guarantees owed to consumers.
In all other respects, the Buyer is solely responsible for their use of the Service.
6. Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by French law. Buyers resident in another Member State of the European Union, or in a country whose law affords them more favourable mandatory consumer protection, retain the benefit of those provisions.
