Christo & Jeanne-Claude’s The Floating Piers, Lake Iseo, Italy (2014) commemorates one of the duo’s most ambitious environmental projects, realized in 2016 on Lake Iseo, Italy. The work features a vibrant color offset lithograph accompanied by an authentic piece of the original saffron fabric used in the installation. Hand-signed by Christo and presented in a custom box frame, the piece captures the grandeur and ephemerality of The Floating Piers, reflecting the artists’ lifelong pursuit of transforming landscapes into immersive, poetic experiences.
That same fascination with monumental, site-specific transformation of landscape appears in The Pont Neuf Wrapped, Paris (1975–1985), a signed poster documenting Christo and Jeanne-Claude's celebrated wrapping of Paris's oldest bridge.
